It also offers advice and support for staff thinking about planning their own survey and to ensure that these surveys are not duplicating questions already asked in other surveys and to ensure that not too many surveys are all live at the same time. A Student Surveys Operational Group (SSOG) meets once a term to coordinate the launch, running and analysis of student surveys. A Student Surveys Steering Group (SSSG; chaired by the Academic Registrar) meets once a term to coordinate the strategy of the collegiate University for student surveys.
