Oracle Service Cloud (OSC) is a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that provides a host of tools to support customer delivery including:
- Customer self service FAQs
- Customer enquiries management
- Ad-hoc mailings and surveys to prospective students
- Newsletters and mailing lists
- Analytics to help monitor service delivery
Accessing OSC remotely
OSC can be accessed remotely by downloading from the link originally supplied when access to OSC is first granted. Please contact SSSC if you require the link.
Please note that in order to be able to download OSC your device must have an up-to-date version of the .NET framework installed (at least version 4.6.2 and above). Please visit the Microsoft website if you require an updated version.
Departments are responsible for maintaining their own in-house training documents and procedures for the Oracle Service Cloud (OSC) system. However, the Student Systems Support Centre are able to assist if there are any specific requirements including the addition or amendment of reports.
