Oracle Service Cloud (OSC) is a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that provides a host of tools to support customer delivery including:
Accessing OSC remotely
OSC can be accessed remotely by downloading from the link originally supplied when access to OSC is first granted. Please contact SSSC if you require the link.
Please note that in order to be able to download OSC your device must have an up to date version of the .NET framework installed (at least version 4.6.2 and above). Please visit the following website if you require an updated version (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53344)
Users have also reported issues attempting to download OSC within the Connect Remote Desktop. We are currently investigating this but in the interim please download to your main desktop as an alternative.
Departments are responsible for maintaining their own in-house training documents and procedures for the Oracle Service Cloud (OSC) system. However, the Student Systems Support Centre are able to assist if there are any specific requirements including the addition or amendment of reports.
