Our Services

We have three main functions:

Strategy and planning: to ensure that our services align with the University’s strategic plan and keep pace with technological change.

Support: to ensure that our users receive effective support and training, and that our services are efficiently operated and maintained. The Student Systems Support Centre (SSSC) provides guidance, training, management, and development for a variety of systems.

Service improvement: to monitor and enhance the quality and effectiveness of our services, ensuring that we meet the expectations of service users. See the Improvements page for further information.

We are currently experiencing a high volume of enquiries and, with reduced staff throughout August due to annual leave, there may be a delay in our response. If you have a general enquiry then please take a look at the following webpages for staff or for students as these may answer your queries and therefore allow us to deal with the more urgent cases.
